St. John Theatre will hold auditions for the summer musical “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” on April 18, 19 and 20. Director Darryl Clement will share details about the show, characters, costumes and set and answer any questions auditioners may have.

“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” is based on a popular 1998 film by the same title. Two con men from different lifestyles are living on the French Riviera. After meeting, they decide the town is too small for them both. They set up a challenge and agree the loser must leave the town. The competition begins and with many twist and turns, the comedy unfolds.

This production will be funded in part with a grant from the Louisiana Department of the Arts as Administered by the Houma-Terrebonne Arts Council.
