Mildred Millet Brignac, 89, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Brignac, mother of Belinda Moore, Valerie Everett and Francis Brignac Jr. and grandmother of Twyla Moore Matherne, Robert Moore, William Brignac, Amanda Everett, Kristin and Kasie Brignac and the late Aimee Everett. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Emile and Leontine Millet, sister of the late Wilfred, Whelem, Leonce, Ferdinand, Ferducie, Herbert, Emile Jr., Junius and Herman Millet and Clotlide Vicknair.

She was a native and resident of Garyville.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services. Visitation will be held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Hwy., LaPlace, on Saturday, April 2, 2011, from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass at St. Hubert Catholic Church in Garyville at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.
