Betty Ward Millet, 87, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of the late Sidney Millet and the mother of Susan M. Badeaux (Bruce), Carolyn M. Maples (Joseph) and the late John Millet. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was sister of the late Richard and Ruthanna Ward and Norma W. Hibbard.

Millet was a native of Indiana and a resident of Montz.

Services were held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace on Friday, Feb. 11, followed by burial in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.
