Although the audition rounds of this season of “American Idol” just ended, LaPlace native Jordan Dorsey has already made quite a splash, especially in his hometown. Dorsey has been making the rounds in St. John the Baptist Parish recently, performing for students and even the Parish Council. Look for Dorsey to continue his quest to be the next pop superstar when the Hollywood rounds of the competition begin Wednesday.
