Clauzelle Bryan Woods, 79, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of Jimmie Woods and mother of Phillip Woods, James Woods, Patricia W. Cortez and Susan W. Kozan. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Effie Bryan and sister of Sallie B. Evans, Shirley B. Cook and the late David Bryan.

She was a native of Baskin, La., and a resident of LaPlace.

Services were held Friday, Feb. 4, at the First Baptist Church in LaPlace. Burial followed in St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery in LaPlace.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The First Baptist Church Building Fund are preferred.
