William E. Leonard, 79, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of Dale St. Martin Leonard, father of Howard Leonard, grandfather of Ashley Leonard and brother of Ray Leonard and Sue Darst.

He was a native of Ohio and a resident of LaPlace.

Services were held Saturday, Jan. 29, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church LaPlace. Burial was in St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery in LaPlace.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association are preferred.
