Forrest “Hollywood” Prater, 46, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at his residence in Montz. He was a bell captain for 23 years with the Hilton Airport in Kenner. He was the owner of Reliable Skycaps for the past 10 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, D’Andrea Rose LaCoste Prater, one daughter, Jessica Prater, one sister, Laura Moody, and one brother, Richard Prater, as well as a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Junior Lee Prater and Dorothy Stansbury, and one brother, Emanuel Prater.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation, which will be held on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. Memorial Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
