Ronald J. Morales, 53, passed away on Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner. He was self-employed as a janitorial worker.

He was the son of Sidney Morales and the late Estelle Morales and the brother of the late Bonnie Morales Douglas. He is also survived by his son, Johnathan Morales, daughter, Melissa Johnson (Timothy), and grandson, Joseph Johnson.

Visitation and services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan with Fr. Daniel Bru officiating. Burial followed in the church mausoleum.
