‘Alice in Wonderland’ at St. Joan of Arc today

St. Joan of Arc Catholic School students will perform a full stage musical production of the Missoula Children’s Theatre adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland” on Saturday, Jan. 15. There will be two performances, at 2 p.m. and at 6 p.m., in the St. Joan of Arc Family Life Center gym located at 529 W. Fifth St., LaPlace. Tickets are $1 for students and $3 for adults and may be purchased at the door.

This program is supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the The Houma Regional Arts Council. St. John the Baptist Parish is one of six parishes participating in this award process served by the Houma Regional Arts Council and The Decentralized Arts Funding Program. The program is also supported by the River Region Arts and Humanities Council, serving St. John, St. Charles and St. James parishes. The program is also supported by the Best Western LaPlace Inn, 4289 Main St., LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish President Natalie Robottom, Suzanne Cupit with Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lyford III.
