Members of the Marine Corps League of Metairie, a civic organization similar to the American Legion but made up entirely by former Marines, prepares a flag for a proper folding ceremony during a Memorial Day Program at the Southeast Louisiana War Veterans’ Home in Reserve Friday afternoon.
