St. Joan of Arc Catholic School welcomed Army Cpl. John Fist and Sgt. Heidi McNeely. Fist and McNeely are the parents of two students at St. Joan of Arc and have served two deployments in Iraq. The SJA fifth-graders have supported these brave soldiers with e-mails and letters throughout the school year and were excited to meet them in person and welcome them to SJA. Corporal Fist is currently serving in Tikrit, Iraq and Sgt. McNeely is stationed in Fort Stewart, Georgia. Pictured are (left to right) Fist, McNeely and their daughter Kerianne McNeely.
