The Department of Transportation and Development announced they will change the operation hours of the DOTD Customer Service Center from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Jan. 19.

“We adjusted the hours of operation to meet with call volumes,” said DOTD Customer Service manager Brendan Rush. The Customer Service Center assists people with questions about DOTD projects and activities.
