After speaking to LaPlace Elementary School’s Girls with a Good Attitude club and reading a chapter on etiquette to them from “Emily Post Teen Manners: From Malls to Meals to Messaging and Beyond,” Courtney P. Millet, superintendent of St. John the Baptist Parish Schools, models the appropriate manner to eat fried chicken using utensils.
