During his discussion about weather to pre-schoolers at Wee Care, meteorologist Chris Franklin grabbed an umbrella from one of the teachers and demonstrated different ways to use them for different types of weather. He explained to the kids that an umbrella could be used to shield raindrops or block out bright sunshine.
