Walter R. McClung passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, at 11:02 p.m. at Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson. Age 48. A native of New Orleans, he lived in New Sarpy for the past five years. He was a waiter with Bulls Corner Cafe.

Survivors include his brothers Rev. Mike McClung and his wife Kelly of Alcoa, Tenn., William R. McClung of Metairie and Sean P. McClung of Norco, sisters Kathy Norton and her husband Larry of Phoenix City, Ala., E. Chrissy McClung of Norco and Bonnie Billiot and her husband Byron of New Sarpy and a large number of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents William and Ruby Dennis McClung.
