Ella Mae Bonius Scott, at Promise Hospital in Gonzales at 4:35 p.m., Monday, Jan. 5, 2009. Daughter of the late Willie Bonius and Annie Ester Bonius. Wife of the late Herman Scott. Mother and mother-in-law of Joylin and John Laurant, Joyce and Hiram Williams, Wilmor and Mildred Scott, Carol Ellis, Clarence Bonius and the late Mary Johnson. Sister of Phellonese Marshall and Lawrence (Dorothy) Shorty. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, neices, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 77.

Visiting at Phillipian Baptist Church, Burnside St., Convent, La., Saturday, Jan. 10, from 9:30 a.m. until Religious Services at 11 a.m. Conducted by Bishop Joseph Smith. Interment in Church Cemetery.
