Traction Speed Camp set for Jan. 2-4 at ESJ

On the weekend of Jan. 2-4, TRACTION Center for Sports Excellence and Wellness will hold a SPARQ Training Speed camp at East St. John for ages 10-21. The 3-day camp is designed by certified, experienced trainers that implement the Nike Sparq training system to accelerate the performance of athletes. Cost is $125. Mack Chuilli, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and former NFL WR Brett Bech are among the trainers. Every athlete receives a free T-shirt. Register by Dec. 31.
