Patrick W. Raiford died on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, in Metairie. He was 61 years old, a native and resident of St. Charles Parish. Survived by his wife, Ann Trepagnier Raiford, three sons and spouses, Kent and Tisha Raiford, Ryan and Erin Raiford and Chad and Chanele Raiford, eight grandchildren, Broc, Corey, Addison, Jonah, Jacob, Carson, Callie and Seth, six brothers and spouses, Michael and Sherry Raiford, Tim and Jean Raiford, Rock and Karen Raiford, Jeff and Becky Raiford, Matt and Sherry Raiford, and George Raiford Jr., three brothers-in-law and spouses, Danny Trepagnier, Mark and Sharon Trepagnier and Tracy and Monica Trepagnier.

Preceded in death by his parents, George Raiford Sr. and Ivale Champagne Raiford, and father-in-law, R.L. Trepagnier. He was an employee of Motiva with over 18 years of service and member of Knights of Columbus Council #3634 of Norco.

Visitation and services were held on Tuesday, Dec. 30, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norco. Entombment followed in St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum in Destrehan. In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred or memorial donations to American Cancer Society.
