The NOAH Braves 9-year-old All-Star team of LaPlace recently won first place in the Denham Springs Cal Ripken Classic. The team went undefeated against the Westside, Denham Springs and the Zachary All-Star teams. The team qualified and participated in the Cal Ripken State and Regional tournaments held in Zachary, LA and Bentonville, AR. Manager Allen Weber and Coaches Don Rodrigue and Wendell Henderson guided the team to an excellent season.
