Faucheux

Beulah Roussel Faucheux, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2008.  She was a resident of Gramercy, La., and a native of Belmont, La.  She is survived by a son, Robert R. “Bobby” Faucheux Jr, and wife Darlene Bourgeois Faucheux., a daughter, Priscilla F. Melancon, and husband Louis Francis Melancon; three brothers:  Joseph “Pete” and wife Elise S. Roussel, Eugene “Gene” Roussel and Jessie and wife “Jackie” J. Roussel; six grandchildren:  Robbie Faucheux, Julienne Hodges, Christophe’ Faucheux, Matthew Faucheux, Jenna M. Faucheux and Courtney Comeaux.  She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert R. Faucheux, parents John and Annette Haydel Roussel and brothers John S. and Keller Roussel.

Visitation will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina, La., on Saturday, July 5, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina, La., with interment immediately following in the Church Cemetery.  Roselynn Funeral Services is in charge of the arrangements.

Hayes

Charlie J. Hayes, died June 28, 2008. The Lutcher resident is the son of the late Bertha Gaudin and Henry Hayes, Sr; father of Cynthia Benn, Brian Hayes, Juanita Ray, Donald Taylor, Karen McKinley, Tracy Jackson, Daniel Taylor, Charles Ellis, Elizabeth Joshua, Betty Lewis, Viola Jones, Glen Johnson, and the late Carmen Taylor; brother of Alice Folse, Rebecca Ellis, Lillian Carter, Hilery Patterson, Elaine Kirklin, and Johnny Ann Johnson. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 3, 2008, at Evergreen Baptist Church, Paulina, La. Interment in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Convent, La.
