The Greens 55+ Active Adult Community located within Pelican Point Golf Community in Gonzales, was picked as one of two developments in Louisiana to tour during the Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium.

 This is the premier educational networking event for industry professionals who serve the growing 50+ market. Over 100+ builders and developers from across the nation striving to meet the housing needs of boomers, empty nesters, active adults, retirees and older seniors will attend this event.

The Greens was chosen because it is a prime example of the new trend for Active Adult Communities, which are smaller developments located within or connected to Multi-generational Communities.
