HAHNVILLE – Sheriff’s deputies in St. Charles Parish arrested two Des Allemands men after complaints of a verbal confrontation becoming physical.

Capt. Pat Yoes, public information officer for the Sheriff’s Office, said Timothy Lee, 29, and his brother Justin Lee, 17, both of 124 Crochet Ln., Des Allemands, were taken into custody March 8 and booked with aggravated battery. He said both have been released from the Nelson Coleman Correctional Facility after posting bond, which was set at $20,000 a piece.

Yoes said deputies were called to the scene after Justin Lee struck his brother with a wooden table leg. Timothy Lee’s 31-year old girlfriend was also struck during the altercation. She sustained minor injuries, and was treated on the scene.

According to a Sheriff’s Office report, after being hit with the table leg, Timothy Lee then hit his brother on the left arm with a metal work light. At that point all parties were separated, and authorities were called.
