The DOTD will be working on the southbound I-55 between I-12 and La. 3234 (University Boulevard/Wardline Road) for concrete repairs.

The project is scheduled for Dec. 3, 2007 through Dec. 11, 2007, during which time the inside lane of I-55 southbound will be closed. Work will take place on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The DOTD expects minimal delays resulting from this construction project but encourages drivers to use US 51 as an alternate route.
