Dolores DeLaneuville Dottolo, 75, died on Friday, August 31, 2007. She was the wife of Tony Dottolo for 52 years and mother of Glenn Dottolo and Debbi Dottolo Miller.
She was the mother-in-law of Angie Vicknair Dottolo and Sam Miller; grandmother of Jimmy Dottolo, Rozi Miller Schoen, Bryan Dottolo, Natalie Miller, Kevin Dottolo and Sammy Miller; great-grandmother of Carson Dottolo; daughter of the late Emile DeLaneuville and Laura Duhe DeLaneuville; and sister of Emile (Boy) DeLaneuville.
She was a native of Reserve, and a resident of LaPlace.
Burial was in St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.

Tomeny Sr.
Michael James Tomeny, Sr. died on Saturday, September 1, 2007, at his home in LaPlace.
He was the husband of Robbie Lee Wintz Tomeny. He was born and reared in White Castle, La. In his earlier years, Michael was a sugar cane farmer on the family’s Belle Grove Plantation. One of his favorite hobbies was racing thoroughbreds, with Lucky Galaxy in front. As a hybridizer of daylilies, he introduced the River Parishes to exquisite varieties of color and shape and hundreds of his flowers have been enjoyed by Riverside Academy and East St. John High School families at graduation ceremonies.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dr. and Mrs. Frank Owen Tomeny of White Castle.
Michael’s children and their spouses are Michael James Tomeny, Jr. and Sarah Bilney; Victor N. Tomeny and Janet L. Tomeny; Kelly T. Edwards and Rick L. Edwards, Jr.; Heidi Tomeny-Duhe’ and Colin Duhe’; and Shea T. Pugila and Frank Puglia.
His grandchildren are Jenny Edwards Maynard, Nina Puglia, Chelsea Brown, Matthew B. Tomeny, Robert L. Edwards, Trevor N. Tomeny, Courtney Brown, Jade R. Tomeny, Sean Michael Eppinette, Lance T. Duhe’, Robbie T. Duhe’, Riley Ann Edwards, Francesca S. Puglia and Beatrice Bilney.
He was the brother and broter-in-law of Hazel Nell Tomeny Hymel, Frank Owen and Suzie, Patrick and Rosemary and Tim and Anell Tomeny. He was godfather to Frank O. Tomeny, III, Dr. Patrick Tomeny, Jr. and Lesa Hymel.
