Creecy

Aline Creecy, 55, native of Reserve and a resident of LaPlace died Wednesday June 20, 2007.
She was the mother of LaToya, Alisha, Don and Joshua Creecy; the daughter of the late Lawerence and Louisa Lewis Sr.; and the sister of Emelda, Joyce, Dorothy and Horace Lewis.
She was also survived by seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 9 a.m. at New Rescue Mission Baptist Church, 361 E. 14th St. in Reserve, followed by services at 11 a.m. and interment at Bethlehem Cemetery in Reserve.
Grow
Pierre “Red” Grow, a native of Vacherie and resident of New Orleans, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007.
He was the former husband of Gladys Jefferson Grow; and the brother of Bernadine Bartholomew, Pearl Clark and the late George Sr., Aurelian “Zan”, John Sr. and Lagin Grow Sr.
He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 8 a.m. at St. Phillip Catholic Church in Vacherie, followed by services at 11 a.m. and interment at the church cemetery.
Joseph
Larry Joseph Sr., 78, a native and resident of Mt. Airy, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007.
He was the husband of Marie R. Joseph; the father of Brandy McKinley, Larry Jr., Perry, Kylon, Cornell and Brian Joseph and the late Kenneth Joseph; the son of the late Ethel and Celestin Joseph Sr.; and the brother of Helen Wilfred, Glendora Grant, Stanley Joseph and the late Adline Alexis and Celestin Jr., Sybil and Lionel Joseph.
He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 9 a.m. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 287 Daffodil St. in Mt. Airy, followed by services at 11 a.m. and interment at Zion Travelers Cemetery in Lions.
McCall
Shavis S. “Streetz” McCall, 22, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houston, died Friday, June 15, 2007.
He was the son of Sherman Sr. and Donalyn Haydel McCall; the brother of Alisha Auzenne and Sherman Jr., Shakari, Shane, Shawn, Danielle and Dawnisha McCall; the grandson of Priscilla and Theophile Haydel Sr. and Billie Sue and the late Ishom McCall; and the great-grandson of Pearl L. Bastian and the late Thomas Allen Sr.
He is also survived by his fiancé Jessenia Sambula and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held June 22, 2007 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in New Orleans, followed by interment at Providence Park Cemetery in Metairie.
