VACHERIE- Doretha Adams Jasmin, 89, of Vacherie on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007. She was the wife of the late Willie Jamsin and the daughter of the alte Ishmeal and Carrie Adams.

She is survived by children, Carrie Borne, Cheryl Williams Brenada and husband Elisozy Dumas, Norwood (Julia) Adams of Vacherie and the late Mrivn and Willis Jasmin. She was sister to Norwood (Neomi) Adams and the late Willetta A Burris, Kilmer, Alcus and Haltron Adams.

Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

Services will be held Saturday, Feb 17, 2007 at 11 a.m. from St. Phillip Catholic Church in Vacherie.

Lumar

EDGARD- Walter &#8220Pee-wee” Lumar, 49, of Edgard on Monday, Feb. 12, 2007.

He was the beloved husband of Donna Lewis Lumar. He is survived by children Michael, Ron, and Anthony Shepard; stepchildren Leander and Laneka Lewis, and Joelle Lockett. He was the brother of Marie Gross, Carolyn Johnson, and Bessie Edwards.

Also survived by five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Preceded in death by parents Fonaries and Delores Lumar, and sibling Holly Paul and Fonaries Lumar, Jr.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edgard. Visitation begins at 9 a.m.

Rouillier

GRAMERCY- Michael A. Rouillier, 41, of Gramercy, on Feb. 9, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Garlington Rouillier; children Jessica and Kelly Roullier of Pinola, Mississippi and Mickey Rouillier of Gramercy.

Also survived by siblings Bobby Rouillier Jr., of Gonzales; Mary Walker of Baker; and Alice Hughes of Arizona.

Preceded in death by parents Robert Rouiller Sr., and Glenda Honeycutt Rouillier.

Visitation was held Feb. 12, 2007 from 6-9 p.m. and Feb. 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Services followed Feb. 13 visitation at St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina.

Miriam (Cat-T) Oncale, 78, on Monday Jan 22, 2007. She was the wife of the lated Edward Swible, SR. and mother and mother-in-law of Edward Jr., and Ruth Swible and David Oncale.

Sister of Gene and Wilna Oncale and Carmel Laufer.Preceded in death by siblings Alex Rupert, Paul and Meredith Oncale and Marie Ory. Also by parents Paul and Aline Oncale.

Services were held Thursday, January 25, 2007 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 10 a.m.
