On Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 10:30 a.m., New Orleans Saints All-Pro Quarterback Drew Brees will be at East St. John to team-up with Visa and U.S. Representative Charlie Melancon (D-3-LA) to introduce New Orleans area high school students to &#8220Financial Football,” an interactive money management computer game and high school instruction program.

 Developed in cooperation with the NFL and PLAYERS INC, &#8220Financial Football” is designed to make personal finance learning both fun and engaging.  It incorporates lessons taught through Practical Money Skills for Life (www.practicalmoneyskills.com), a free, online and award-winning money management program. 

 This event is part of a 17-city national effort by Visa and the NFL to help young people take control of their financial futures.
