The Andouille Festival Committee is looking for ten chefs in St. John or neighboring parishes to compete in the Andouille Gumbo cook-off contest scheduled for Saturday, October 21 at 10 a.m.

These entries can be individuals or groups. However, we do ask that the groups have one head chef/spokesperson. Representatives will judge the gumbos.

The first ten entries will be the only contestants. No entry fee is needed. Gumbo only, no other dishes will be allowed and you must have Andouille in your gumbo.
