RIVER RIDGE – Aubrey James Moreau, Jr., 47, died July 17 at his residence in River Ridge. He was the husband of Suzanne E. Moreau.

He is survived by mother Iris E. Moreau.

He is survived by children Amy and Sara Moreau and stepchildren Andrew and Katherine LaRocca.

He is also survived by sisters maria Guidry and Bridget Champagne as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father Aubrey, Sr.

Services were held July 20th at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church.

PARRINO

LUTCHER – Nicholas &#8220Tiger” Parrino, Sr., 83, a native of Independence and resident of Lutcher, died July 18. He was the husband of the late Laura Kliebert Parrino.

He is survived by his son Nicholas Jr., and sister Marie Guidry.

He was preceded in death by parents Joe Parrino and Rose Dottolo Turner.

He was also preceded in death by siblings Antoinette Schoen, Felix and Tony Parrino.

Services were held July 20 at St. Joseph Church in Paulina, with interment in the cemetery.

SCHARWATH

LUTCHER – Theodore &#8220Teddy” Scharwath, Sr., 70, a lifelong resident of Lutcher, died July 17 at his home.

He was the husband of Barbara Louque Scharwath.

He is survived by sons Ted, Keithand, Bruce, and Jeff Scharwath and daughters Kim Poche and Donna Scharwath.

He is also survived by siblings Garnet Payne and Roy Scharwath.

He was preceded in death by parents Roy and Josephine Scharwath. He was also preceded in death by sister Emma Rita Scharwath.

Services were held July 19 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment in the cemetery.

VICKNAIR

LUTCHER – Clerfet Joseph Vicknair, 72, a native of Paulina and a resident of Lutcher died July 17. He was the fiancé of Gerry Vonder Haar.

He is survived by brothers LeRoy, Jessie, Herman, Gerald, Milton, Noe, and Wayne Vicknair and sisters Geraldine Vicknair and Brenda Braud.

He was preceded in death by parents Noe, Sr. and Elmae Ordeneaux Vicknair.

He was also preceded in death by brothers Norris, Lester, Wilton, Roland, Larry, Harry, Harold, and Hubert Vicknair and sister Noelia Lambert.

Services were held July 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina with interment in St. Joseph Mausoleum.

WARD

LAPLACE – Charles &#8220Chuck” Ward, 60, a former resident of LaPlace, died July 17.

He was the husband of Beverly Ward.

He is survived by son Michael Ward and stepdaughter Carrie Berthelot.

Services were held July 21 at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, LaPlace, with interment at a later date.

WILLIAMS

EDGARD – Carl Williams, 40, a native of Vacherie and resident of Raceland, died July 18. He was the son of Rev. Clarence Williams and the late Gustavia Johnson Williams.

He is survived by daughter Raven Johnson.

He is also survived by siblings Jerry, Brandon, Hernita, and Charlene Johnson and Maxine Rousslell.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m., July 22 at Second African Baptist Church, Edgard, with interment in Young Cemetery.
