NORCO – Dolores Goldie Bernice Bergeron, 85, a resident of Norco, died June 21. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Bergeron Sr.

She is survived by children Lawrence Bergeron Jr., Paul Allan Bergeron and Linda Marie Bergeron.

She is also survived by her sister Vinna Pfister, granddaughter Sheila Kay Trahan, great-grandchildren Bernice M. Toups and LuJean K. Bergeron and great-great-granddaughter Melissa Goldie Marie Toups.

She was preceded in death by her parents Adolf and Viola Kinnison.

Services will be held today at 10 a.m. at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, Norco, with interment in St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.

H.C. Alexander Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 8 a.m. at the funeral home.

HOELZEL

LEWISVILLE – Marjorie P. Hoelzel, 91, a resident of Lewisville, Tex, died June 20. She was the daughter of Earl and Winnie Hill.

She was preceded in death by her husband Miles Vincent Hoelzel.

She is survived by children Jeffrey, Kevin and Miles and sister Betty Crais of LaPlace.

Services will be held July 19 at the Arlington National Cemetary, Virginia, with interment in the cemetery.

LANDRY

GARYVILLE – Sophia Charles Landry, 75, a resident of St. James, died June 21. She was the wife of the late Melvin Landry, Sr.

Landry is survived by children Ann Landry, Melvin Lillian, Phillip Linda, Paulette Rosamond, Wanda Steib, 21 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Landry is also survived by her siblings Delores Mayho, Albert and Joseph Charles, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Ford, Arthur, Frank, Herbert, Eula Mae, Irma, Ruth, James and Floyd Charles.

Services will be held June 28 at St. James Catholic Church with interment in St. James Cemetary.

Baloney Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. at the church.

LOUQUE

GRAND POINT – Catherine Louque, a lifetime resident of Grand Point, died June 24.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Delta Louque.

She is survived by sisters Betty Louque and Sheila Piper and brother-in-law E.J. Doming.

Services were held June 27 at Mulkey Mason Funeral Home with entombment in the St. Joseph Mausoleum.

SILVESTRI

RESERVE – Brandy Silvestri, 21, a native and resident of Reserve, died June 21. She was the daughter of Kenneth and Regina Scontrino.

She is survived by her siblings Nick and Vito Silvestri.

Services were held June 23 at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home Chapel, LaPlace, with interment in St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.
