DESTREHAN – Thoie Grace Lefebvre Devillier, 38, a native and resident of Destrehan, died June 1. She was the wife of Keith Devillier.
She is survived by children Michelle Latham, Tina L. Hambrick, Joshua and Rachelle Latham.
She is also survived by her parents Bruce J. Lefebvre and Thoie Gilligan Lefebvre, siblings Bruce Jr., Steven Sr., Wayne Sr. and David Lefebvre, Gina Coglaiti, Susan Hooter and Wendy Coglaiti, grandchildren Kaadin and Naomi Hambrick.
She was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Ann Lefebvre.
Services were held June 5 at First Assembly of God, LaPlace, with interment in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Cemetery, St. Rose.
VERRET
LAPLACE – Carol Margaret Verret, 71, a native of Garyville and a resident of LaPlace, died June 3. She was the daughter of the late Alfred A. Verret and Ida Fox Verret Cambre.
She is survived by children Debra Keating (John) Ferguson, Kevin Keating, Karen Keating (John “Matt”) Rylee, Angela “Angel” (Fiancé W. Hugh Thorn) Keating and Lori Keating (Nathan) Suski.
She is also survived by siblings Alfred Jr. (Virginia) Verret, Rosemary V. Millet and Linda V. (Ronnie) Ory, grandchildren Frank “Joey” (Fiancé Jamie Lawson) Girard III, Chase Ferguson, Kevin (Debbra) Keating Jr., Derek (Natalie) Keating, Zachariah Keating, John (Erica) Rylee Jr., Katie Rylee, Harold Zar Jr. and Eric (Fiancé Kristal Pierce) Zar and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Glen Paul Keating, sister Elaine V. Del Guldice and brothers-in-law Allen Millet and Nick Del Guldice.
Services will be held today at 10 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, LaPlace, with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans.
Millet-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 8 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
