NEW ORLEANS – Earl Jessie Frazier Sr., 82, a native and resident of New Orleans, died May 19. He was the husband of Audrain A. Frazier,

He is survived by children Earl Jessie Frazier Jr., Wendell Ray (Pollet) Frazier, Orville Jevon Frazier, Marilyn Helen F. (Joseph) Strawder, Veronica Wanda F. Woods and Deidre Lydia F. (John) Paten.

He is also survived by siblings Ervin (Corina) Frazier Sr. and Seolia F. Beamon, brother-in-law Herbert Aubert, sister-in-law Francis Frazier, 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Charlotte Frazier and siblings Henrietta F. Thomas, Viola F. Williams, Herbert Frazier Sr., Ruthie F. Howard, Leola F. Aubert and Alvin Frazier.

Services were held May 25 at Greater Evergreen Baptist Church, New Orleans, with interment in Providence Park Cemetery, Metairie.

GUILLOT

NORCO – Ulysse &#8220Junior” Guillot Jr., 93, a native of Labadieville and a resident of Norco, died May 22. He was the husband of the late Cecile Cambre Guillot.

He is survived by children Carroll Guillot, Gary Guillot, Lois Guillot Ponville, Marie Ann Guillot Ruberstel, Yulone Guillot Hebert, Jeanne Guillot Thibodeaux Bates and Emilie Guillot Yokum.

He is also survived by siblings Sidney Guillot, Lloyd Guillot and grace Cancienne, 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ulysse Guillot Sr. and Laura Smith Guillot, son Bryan Guillot, six brothers and two sisters.

Services were held May 24 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norco, with interment in St. Charles Catholic Church Cemetery, Destrehan.

HALL

KILLONA – Charles A. Hall, 47, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Killona, died May 20, He was the companion of Cabrini Jefferson.

He is survived by his children Ronnieta Jefferson and stepdaughter Tamika Jefferson.

He is also survived by his mother Dorothy Hall, grandchildren Kennietta, Kennisha and Rodrinique, siblings Matthew, Conrad and Paul Hall, intended son-in-law Joseph Brown Sr. and intended father-in-law Rodrick Scott, three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.

He was preceded in death by his father Edward Hall Jr. and a brother Wade Hall.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Robottom Mortuary, Hahnville, with interment in Mt. Airy Memorial Park Cemetery, Boutte.

Robottom Mortuary of Reserve is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

HOTARD

RESERVE – Blanche Rodrigue Hotard, 91, a native and resident of Reserve, died May 22. She was the wife of the late Simon (Chico) Hotard.

She is survived by her son-in-law Barry Dufresne.

She is also survived by her grandson David &#8220Red” Dufresne.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Linda Hotard Dufresne.

Services were held May 25 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.

JOHNSON

LAPLACE – Herman Johnson Sr., 71, a native and resident of LaPlace, died May 23. He was the husband of the late Clayola Warren Johnson.

He is survived by children Herman Jr. and Andrew Johnson, Arlinda J. Brown and Shynell J. Williams.

He is also survived by grandchildren Angelle, Aaliyah, Andre and Andrew Johnson Jr., Asia Ashanta Perry and Chaz Brown, one son-in-law, two daughters-in-law, four sisters and four brothers.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Greater Morning Star Baptist Church, LaPlace, with interment in Providence Rest haven Cemetery, LaPlace.

Hobson Brown Funeral Home of Garyville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. at the church.

NICHOLAS

ST. JAMES – Murl S. Nicholas, 96, a native and resident of St. James, died May 24. She was the wife of the late Collins J. Nicholas.

She is survived by children Marvis (Robert &#8220R.J.”) Nicholas Brown.

She is also survived by grandchildren Lourdes B. Johnson and Dianne B. Glenn and great-grandchildren Kaylyn, Brandon Glenn and Blake Johnson.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, St. James, with interment in Burton Lane Cemetery, St. James.

The Baloney Funeral Home of Garyville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. at the church.

REMONDET

RESERVE – Elma Vicknair Remondet, 86, a native and resident of Reserve, died May 22. She was the wife of the late Claude Remondet Sr.

She is survived by children Michael (the late Polly) Remondet, Claude (Cathy) Remondet Jr., Gerald (Betty) Remondet, Paul (Karen) Remondet, Laura (L.J.) St. Martin, Cathy (Lenny) Wells and Birdie (the late David) Remondet and niece Shirley Clement Triche.

She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Laura Vicknair and siblings Lee and Lawrence Vicknair and Pearl Clement.

Services were held May 24 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.
