ACCARDO – Anthony &#8220Tony” Accardo, 85, a native and resident of Hester, died June 6. He was the husband of Ruth Louque Accardo.

He is survived by his children Anthony Dale (Joyce Lyn) Accardo, Ricky (June) Accardo, Keith (Darlene) Accardo and Jody Accardo, Donna (Donald) Anglin and Mary Accardo.

He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mattia Cashio Accardo, daughter Beverly Accardo and siblings Henry, Frank, Charles, Leon, Pasqual, Vincent, Joseph, and Salvatore Accardo and Katie Toscano, Rose Cicio, Sara Cangelosi, Mary Cambise and Josephine Oliver.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Convent, with interment in the church mausoleum.

H.C. Alexander Funeral Home of Lutcher is in charge of arrangements. Visitation beings at 9 a.m. at the church.

LEBRAY

RESERVE – Audrey Smith Lebray, 52, a native and resident of Reserve, died April 20. She was the wife of Willie Lebray.

She is survived by her children Lisa and Lawrence Smith Jr.

She is also survived by three grandchildren, three sisters, five brothers and two godchildren.

She was preceded by her parents Nathaniel Nelson and Agnes Preston.

Services were held April 27 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Reserve, with interment in the church cemetery.

SANDERS

RESERVE – Willie H. &#8220Cup” Sanders, 78, a native and resident of Reserve, died April 20. He was the husband of Jewel W. Sanders.

He is survived by his children Reynard Sanders, Lawrence &#8220Larry” Sanders, Betty Charles, Sheila Brown Sorapuru.

He is also survived by his stepchildren Melvin and Dedra White, siblings Ethel Mae Perrilloux and Clarence Fobb and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lena Lawrence and William Sanders Sr., stepchildren Kendrick and Constance White and siblings Carolyn Mason, Audrey Fobb, Alma Alger, William Jr. and Allen Sanders and George Fobb and children Ronald Sanders and Sherlyn Stewart.

Services will be held today at 10 a.m. at Robottom Mortuary, Reserve, with interment in St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

Robottom Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Visitations beings at 8 a.m. at the funeral home.

STRAYER

MT. AIRY – Deborah Ann Strayer, 45, a resident of LaPlace and Mt. Airy, died April 20. She was the former wife of Milton M. Jarreau.

She is survived by her children Jerry G. Giordano, Stacey A. Jarreau, Megan H. Jarreau, Harry J. Jarreau, Katrina M. Strayer and Johnny W. Strayer.

She is also survived by three grandchildren and one godchild.

Services and burial are private. Hobson Brown Funeral Home of Garyville are in charge of arrangements.

TRICHE

LAPLACE – Florence DeLaneuville Triche, 87, a native of Reserve and a resident of LaPlace, died April 25. She was the wife of the late Clarence J. Triche.

She is survived by her children Clarence (Sandra), Gary (Sharon) and Barry (Penny) Triche.

She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services were held April 26 at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home Chapel, LaPlace, with interment in St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.
