RESERVE– A pair of tournaments are scheduled for this weekend in town as Reserve Christian will be a site in the Louisiana High School Athletic Association/ La. High School Coaches Hall of Fame Classic today and East St. John’s Lady Wildcats are hosting a 10-team tournament of their own on Sunday.

The Hall of Fame tournament at RCS features 10 boys teams, seven of them ranked in state, and four River Parishes teams including Destrehan, St. Charles, East St. John and Reserve Christian.

Play begins at 3 p.m. with Brother Martin taking on St. Paul’s. Admission is $5 for the entire day, with proceeds going to the Louisiana Hall of Fame.

The girls tournament at East St. John tips-off on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. with the Lady Wildcats taking on West Feliciana. Lutcher’s Lady Bulldogs are set to follow as they take on Ursuline at 12:30. Admission for this one is also $5 for the entire day.
