“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!” will be the theme this year as the Norco Christmas Parade will again roll on Sunday, Dec. 5th at 2 p.m. The Norco Civic Association is once again searching for floats, bands, marching groups, and costumed walkers to participate in the parade.
