Scott Madere was named as L’Observateur’s employee of the month for May.

Scott, who is a native and resident of LaPlace, serves as Manager of the Graphic Design Department.

According to his co-workers, “Scott has proven his dedication through hard work and perserverence to create a better newspaper.’

“He has shown a lot of growth and goes the extra mile to get the job done.”

Scott started with L’Observateur in Dec. of 2002.
