Randy Noel installed new LHBA President

Randy Noel, owner of Reve Inc. Construction in LaPlace, was installed as president of the Louisiana Home Builders Association (LHBA) January 8, 2004.
Noel has been a member of the local Greater New Orleans Home Builders Association since 1985. He has served on all committees and as president of the association. In 1996 Noel was elected as the New Orleans area representative to the LHBA/SIF as a trustee and served as trust chairman in 2001.
On the state level Noel has served on numerous committees and chaired the Public Relations committee in 1998 and 1999. He helped promote the first annual public relations campaign that included newspaper placements, television ads and radio spots to help improve builder image across the state. Noel was recipient of the Board of Directors Leadership Award in 1998.
For the National Associ-ation of Home Builders, Noel is on the board of directors and budget committee.
Noel is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, were he earned a bachelors degree in engineering. REVE Inc. has been developing and constructing since 1984 in the St. John, St. James, St. Charles, Jefferson and Tangipahoa parishes with custom homes ranging from $70,000 to over $500,000.
Noel and his wife Teri live in LaPlace with their children Nick and Lauren.
