LeBLANC

PAULINA – Arthur J. LeBlanc, 84, a native of Remy and resident of Paulina, died Jan. 7. He was preceded in death by his wives, Ethel M. LeBlanc and Paulette L. Becnel.

He was also the brother of Augustin LeBlanc, and the late Helen Matherne, Elma Louque, Georgine, Odom, Lloyd Sr., Carroll and Ferrell LeBlanc.

He is also survived by one grandchild.

He was a retired water plant operator and a member of VFW Post 5852.

Services were Jan. 9 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment at the church cemetery.

MILLET

PAULINA – Fidelise Kliebert Millet, 103, a native of Vacherie and lifelong resident of Paulina, died Jan. 5. She was the mother of Ethel, Elsie, Rene “T-White,” Raymond “T-Black” and Larry Millet. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter.

She was also the sister of Inez Kliebert.

She is also preceded in death by five brothers.

She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.

Services were Jan. 7 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment at the church cemetery.

MITCHELL

GARYVILLE – Catrina Rayshawn Scott Mitchell, 24, a native of Reserve and resident of Garyville, died Jan. 3.

She was the mother of Lenisha and Denisha Mitchell.

She was also the daughter of Walter Scott and Deborah Webert James, stepdaughter of Ronald James, and sister of Detashia, Jessica, Ronald Rondell, Joshua and Darius Scott.
