Monday night Bingo is at 7:30 p.m. at the V.F.W. Hall, 205 W. Fifth St. in LaPlace. Proceeds from the games benefits LaPlace V.F.W. Post 3337’s veterans and patriotic school programs.

A Bingo game fund-raiser, sponsored by Ascension of Our Lord K.C. Council 9623, takes place at Ascension of Our Lord School, 1809 Greenwood Drive, LaPlace. Doors open at 6 p.m. and games are from 7:30 9:50 p.m. Proceeds from the games benefit various area charities, including St. John A.R.C.
