Marcus Fleming, 17, 121 Stout St., Garyville, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Elliott Joseph, 24, 211 E. 30th St., Reserve, disturbing the peace by being intoxicated, disturbing the peace by cursing, simple assault and parole violation.

Kendall Williams, 23, 1107 Paul Fredrick St., Luling, reckless opertion of a motor vehicle and no driver’s license.

Christopher Johnson, 20, 1023 Balsam St., LaPlace, simple arson of a church and criminal trespass.

Ruben Joseph Gullion, 46, 604 Monticello St., LaPlace, shoplifting theft of items valued at less than $100 and contempt of court.

Orenthal J. Philip, 29, 104 W. Lakeview Drive, LaPlace, issuing worthless checks of less than $100 and two counts simple assault.

Patrick L. Murphy, 46, 244 Apricot St., LaPlace, simple battery.

Arthur L. Stewart, 19, 115 Tams Drive, Baton Rouge, speeding, no driver’s license and possession of stolen items valued at more than $500.

Billy J. Rodrigue, 28, 129 Rodrigue Court, LaPlace, simple battery and two counts contempt of court.

James Harold Powell, 29, 128 Keating Drive, Reserve, shoplifting theft of items valued at less than $100 and contempt of court.
