On Saturday, December 20, L’Observateur will print a special section with letters to Santa from local children.,

All letters will be reviewed for appropriate content and then printed as is in the child’s own handwriting.

Letters can be mailed to: Santa, L’Observateur, Post Office Box 1010, LaPlace, LA 70069 or dropped by the L’Observateur office at 116 Newspaper Drive in LaPlace.

Letters need to be received no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 12.
