• Willis Living Jr., 47, 3317 Reid St., Houston, DWI, careless operation of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension.

• Joseph Gilmore, 34, 2104 Delta Queen Drive, Violet, DWI.

• Tammy Davis, 36, 134 Joe Parquet Circle, LaPlace, aggravated battery and domestic violence.

• Nakeman A. Grover, 24, 112 Star Terrace St., Reserve, simple battery and domestic violence.

• Dermaine Marquis Norman, 25, 204 E. 27th St., Reserve, parole violation.

• Gina Holland, 40, 1509 Delta Road, LaPlace, being a fugitive from another agency.

• John D. Wellman, 27, 1937 Hwy. 98 West, Foxworth, Miss., vehicular homicide, no seat belt use and no driver’s license.

• Shawn C. Fisher, 32, 2429 Williamsburg Drive, LaPlace, loitering in a high drug traffic area, resisting an officer by flight, distribution of marijuana and parole violation.

• Davis Sinclair, 22, 3008 Yorktown Drive, LaPlace, loitering in a high drug traffic area, possession of marijuana, remaining in places after being forbidden, illegal use of weapons during a felony, contempt of court and parole violation.

CONVENT – St. James Parish Sheriff Willy Martin Jr. reported the following recent arrests:

• Leo Robinson, 42, 2200 Jefferson Hwy., Lutcher, DWI, flight from an officer, possession of alcoholic beverages in a vehicle, no driver’s license and two counts each of no turn signals and resisting an officer.

• Eric LeBeouf, 18, 132 Louisville St., Belle Rose, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

• Tavoris Benjamin, 17, 152 Freetown Lane, Belle Rose, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

• Anita Vicknair, 32, 1908 Idaho Ave., Kenner, theft by forgery.

• Paul Joseph Jr., 27, Project Drive Apt. 130-B, Vacherie, being a fugitive from another agency.

• Richard J. Webre Jr., 33, 124 Marian St., Schreiver, DWI, vehicular homicide, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and no seat belt use.

• David Foret, 32, 322 Ruth St., Houma, illegal possession of Xanax, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of license plate and attachment for contempt of court.

• Tina Kay, 37, 400 Robyn St., Gray, bank fraud of more than $500.

• Jeremi Greene, 22, 3780 Tara Drive, Destrehan, second offense DWI and careless operation of a motor vehicle.

• Sherman Zeringue, 35, 204 Murrayhill Drive, Destrehan, second offense DWI, hit-and-run driving and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Incidents

• Theft of a 26-inch BMX bicycle valued at $200 from a location in the 100 block of W. B Street, Norco.

• Theft of a 1989 Toyota Collora of undetermined value from a location in the 400 block of Mary Street, Norco.

• Theft of a 2001 Honda motorcycle of undetermined value from a location in the 200 block of River Village Drive, Destrehan.

• Burglary of a location in the 14200 block of U.S. Highway 90, Boutte, where assorted tools, all valued at $1,430, were reported stolen.

• Theft of a CD player, six speakers and two amplifiers, all valued at $1,830, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a location in the 14400 block of Old Spanish Trail, Paradis, where two televisions, DVD player, assorted DVDs, blender, VCR, coffee maker, set of steak knives, total value undetermined, were reported stolen.
