• Darren Watkins, 38, 53 Diamond Road, Norco, attempted forcible rape.

• Joseph V. Hennessey, 20, 35646 Garden Road, Slidell, DWI second offense and no driver’s license.

• Chantel F. Allen, 33, 1200 Cambridge Drive, LaPlace, simple battery.

• Dwayne Smith, 24, 161 Kennedy St., Ama, shoplifting theft of items valued at less than $100, simple battery and contempt of court.

• Frederick C. Williams, 49, 8009 St. Andrew’s Blvd., LaPlace, disturbing the peace by being intoxicated and two counts contempt of court.

• Phillip A. Ketchum, 20, 611 W. Fourth St., Westwego, contempt of court.
