AUBERT
RESERVE – Donald Paul Aubert, 67, a resident of Reserve, died Sept. 5. He was the husband of the late Leola Jacob Aubert.
He was the son of the late Albin and Bertha Gueret Aubert, and brother of Allen, Jerry, Herman and Barbara Aubert.
Services were Sept. 9 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment at the church cemetery.
BONSTAFF
LAPLACE – Randal “Randy” Bonstaff, 36, a native of Pineville and resident of Muskogee, Okla., died Sept. 5. He was the son of Cheryl Mitchell and Jack Bonstaff, stepson of Joe Mitchell and Cathy Bonstaff, and brother of Rhonda Dorman, Renee, Rochelle and Jennifer Bonstaff.
He was the grandchild of Ella Dean Bonstaff.
Services were Sept. 9 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, LaPlace, with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.
DESHOTEL
PLAQUEMINE – Juliette Ann Landry Deshotel, 61, a native of Norco and resident of Plaquemine, died Sept. 9. She was the wife of 46 years of Elric “E.J.” Deshotel Jr. and mother of Shirley Lewis and Rick Deshotel.
She was the daughter of the late Louis and Lelia Miller Landry, and sister of Mildred Schexnayder, Barbara LaBruzza, Gladys Weber, Lelia Tassin, Ida Kay Dugel and Raleigh Landry, and the late Louise Berteau, Rose Mary Wilkinson, Eula Foster and Emma LeJeune.
She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by one grandchild.
She was a retired employee of the Iberville Parish School Board, with 25 years of service.
Services are today at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Plaquemine, with interment at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery, Plaquemine.
FERRARO
NORCO – Rosalie Peranio Ferraro, 95, a native of White Castle and resident of Norco for 55 years, died Sept. 6. She was the wife of the late Carmelo Ferraro, and mother of Frances Taylor and Theresa Ferraro, and the late Jennie Passalaqua.
She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Jennie Cusamino Peranio and sister of the late Mary Sagona, Lena Paternostro, Lucy Paternostro and Dominic Peranio.
She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were Sept. 9 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Norco, with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.
GREENE
LAPLACE – Joseph “Jack Frost” Greene Jr., 46, a native and resident of LaPlace, died Sept. 6. He was the son of Caldonia Greene, and the late Joseph Greene Sr., and brother of Lori Burns, Nicole Hill, Trudy, Onnie and Al Greene.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at First Assembly of God Church, LaPlace, with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace. Visitation starts at 10 a.m.
