An arrest of Mark Guerra, published in the L’Observateur Aug. 17 edition, was reported in error due to inaccurate information submitted by the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office. Arthur Normand II used the personal information of Guerra when Normand was arrested, according to a sheriff’s office spokesperson.

Normand was re-arrested with identification theft on Aug. 14 and fourth-offense DWI. He is being held at the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center in St. Charles Parish.
