HAHNVILLE – St. Charles Parish Sheriff Greg C. Champagne reported the following recent arrests and incidents:

Arrests

• Peter P. Marshall Jr., 19, 329 Evergreen Drive, Destrehan, aggravated battery.

• Luke W. Hammond, 23, 424 Belmont Drive, LaPlace, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, contempt of court and two counts being a fugitive from another agency.

• Ashley E. Guest, 19, 852 Joe Yenni Blvd., Apt. 21, Kenner, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James M. Smith, 73, 748 Terrace St., Destrehan, DWI and careless operation of a motor vehicle.

• Jason P. Vicknair, 18, 157 Evangeline Road, Montz, DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and simple possession of marijuana.

• James Beck, 25, 201 Transcontinental Drive, Metairie, DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and no seat belt.

• Calvin W. Williams, 47, 2344 S. Robert Ave., Gonzales, DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Incidents

• Burglary of a location in the 200 block of Luke Drive, Bayou Gauche, where a 19-inch television valued at $119 was reported stolen.

• Theft of a 1995 Dodge Neon valued at $7,000 from a location in the 100 block of Churchill Downs, Montz.

• Theft of a 1998 Honda Shadow valued at $5,410 from a location on Mary Street, Norco.

• Theft of a Mongoose bicycle valued at $130 from a location in the 100 block of River Oaks Drive, Luling.

• Burglary of a location in the 600 block of Mockingbird Lane, St. Rose, where a Sony PlayStation and nine games, all valued at $641, were reported stolen.

• Theft of a 1997 Ford Contour valued at $8,000 from a location in the 300 block of Barton Avenue, Luling.

• Theft of a lawnmower and an edger, all valued at $425, from a location on Stanton Hall Drive, Destrehan.

• Burglary of a location in the 600 block of E. Club Drive, St. Rose, where a camcorder and a diamond engagement ring, all valued at $2,500, were reported stolen.

• Theft of $200 in cash from a location in the 800 block of Milling Avenue, Luling.

• Burglary of a vehicle in the 100 block of Lori Court, Luling, where a CD player, speaker, amplifier and a CD case with 25 CDs, all valued at $687, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a vehicle in the 12800 block of River Road, Luling, where a car stereo of undetermined value was reported stolen.

• Theft of a GT Racer bicycle valued at $200 from a location in the 200 block of Eisenhower Street, St. Rose.

• Burglary of a location in the 400 block of Acorn Street, Boutte, where a DVD player valued at $130 was reported stolen.

• Burglary of a vehicle on Maria Drive, Destrehan, where a diamond wedding band, cellular phone, leather purse, two leather wallets and ID cards, total value undetermined, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a location in the 600 block of E. Club Drive, St. Rose, where assorted jewelry, a cellular phone and a purse, total value undetermined, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a vehicle in the 300 block of Oakley Lane, Destrehan, where a radar detector, CD player, 40 CDs, cassette case holder, sunglasses and eyeglasses with case, all valued at $1,290, were reported stolen.

• Theft of a 1982 Dodge Ram pickup truck valued at $5,000 from a location in the 100 block of Hollywood Park Drive, Montz.

LAPLACE – St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff Wayne L. Jones reported the following recent arrests:

• Samuel Davis Jr., 53, 299 Persimmon St., LaPlace, illegal use of weapons, simple criminal damage to property, aggravated assault and being a fugitive from another agency.

• Thomas Albertson, 28, 11217 E. Oklahoma St., Tulsa, Okla., disturbing the peace by cursing.

• Nicholas Dendinger, 48, 43 Ridgewood Drive, LaPlace, domestic violence, disturbing the peace by being intoxicated and disturbing the peace by cursing.
