• Jon M. Higginbotham, 25, 245 Murray Hill Drive, Destrehan, illegal possession of Valium, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and no driver’s license.

• Constance M. Whittington, 44, 20217 Glory Road, Ponchatoula, illegal possession of Alprazolam, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding attachments for speeding.

• Vincent Harness, 31, 121621 Grandmont St., Detroit, Mich., DWI, careless operation of a motor vehicle and no driver’s license.

• Jorge Acosta, 26, 249 Georgetown Drive, Kenner, DWI, resisting an officer, flight from an officer, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and disregarding a traffic light.

• Theft of an air conditioning compressor unit valued at $2,000 from a location in the 100 block of Longview Drive, Destrehan.

• Theft of an air compressor valued at $800 from a location in the 100 block of Edna Street, Bayou Gauche.

• Theft of a utility trailer valued at $1,400 from a location in the 10200 block of W. Airline Drive, St. Rose.

• Theft of a radio valued at $150 from a location in the 100 block of Roadrunner Street, Destrehan.

• Burglary of a location in the 200 block of Sunset Court, Hahnville, where a VCR, digital cable box, microwave oven, assorted food items, assorted jewelry and assorted toys, total value undetermined, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a location in the 300 block of Trails Way Drive, Hahnville, where a power edger, boiling pot and a cooking burner, all valued at $320, were reported stolen.

• Theft of a Kawasaki Ninja valued at $9,400 from a location in the 17000 block of River Road, Taft.

• Theft of a CD player, VCR and a DVD player, all valued at $400, from a location in the 100 block of Ormond Village Drive, Destrehan.

• Burglary of a location in the 10200 block of Airline Drive, St. Rose, where a CD player, two Bazooka tubes, two amplifiers and two speakers, all valued at $550, were reported stolen.

• Burglary of a location in the 200 block of Beaupre Drive, Luling, where assorted stereo equipment, cellular phone, three Sony PlayStation 2 games and two DVDs, total value undetermined, were reported stolen.
