Hospital promotes employees to leadership roles

LAPLACE – River Parishes Hospital recently promoted three employees: Tennyson Rodrigue Jr., director of the Laboratory; Katherine “Kat” Trepagnier, service excellence director/patient care advocate; and Terese Palmisano, nurse manager of the emergency room.
Rodrigue has been a PRN Laboratory employee at the hospital for the past 17 years.
A native of St. Rose, he currently resides in Destrehan with his wife, Ellie, and their children, Jude and Danielle.
A hospital employee since 1990, Trepagnier most recently served as human resources assistant.
In her new position, she will be responsible for the hospital’s customer service program and volunteer program, as well as being the contact for patient concerns.
A native of Norco, she lives in LaPlace with her children, Amy, Lori and Adam.
Palmisano has more than 16 years of experience as a registered nurse and more than 10 years as a nurse manager.
She is certified as a critical care registered nurse.
A native of Kenner, she currently resides in LaPlace with her husband, Tony, and their daughter, Brandi.
