LaPlace Rotary Club holds awards and officers installation banquet

LAPLACE – The Rotary Club of LaPlace recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and held its annual officers installation and awards banquet. New officers are Jim Hornby, president; Lloyd Guillot, vice president; Woody Norsworthy, president elect; Lisa Phillipi, secretary; Monica Mince, treasurer; and Linda Stein, sergeant of arms. New board members are Linda Stein, Rick Oubre, Dean Torres, Michael Coburn, Stephen Flynn, Tammy Frank and Cheryl Millet. The Rotarian of the Year award was presented to Sallie Herrle, the Paul Harris Fellows award went to Monica Mince and Linda Stein and the Citizen of the Year award went to Bob Sebring.
