LAPLACE – St. Charles Catholic High School has announced its homecoming courtfor 2000.

The queen will be announced during Friday’s football game.

Senior members include: Brittany Brooks, daughter of Karen and Steve Brooks of LaPlace, who is a member of the track, soccer and cross country teams as well as a member of the Beta Club, FCA and French Club.

Kelly Calahan, daughter of Brenda and Jimmy Calahan of LaPlace, who is captain of the SCC cheerleaders and is a three-year member of the Beta Club. This is herfourth year as a member of the homecoming court.

Elyse Catoire, daughter of Zina and Ched Catoire of LaPlace, who is the president of the Student Council. She is also a member of the cheerleading squad. Chassidy Henderson, daughter of Cheryl and Gene Moll of Lutcher, who is the senior class president. She is a three-year member of the Beta Club and a memberof the retreat team.

Amanda Vinet, daughter of Jody and Al Vinet of LaPlace, who is a member of the Student Council and the SCC cheerleading squad.

Sarah Weber, daughter of Margaret and Jim Weber of LaPlace, who is a member of the SCC volleyball, softball, basketball and swim teams. She is a Student Councilhomeroom representative and a three-year member of the Beta Club.

Junior members are: Sara LeBlanc, daughter of Reesie and Glenn LeBlanc of Garyville. She is a memberof the PASSED program and is currently a cheerleader and member of the Beta Club.

Crissy Michel, daughter of Edie and Mark Michel of Paulina. She is vice presidentof the junior class, a member of the softball team and member of the 1999 homecoming court.

Sophomore members include: Laura Arcuri, daughter of Tru and Mixie Arcuri of LaPlace. She is the captain ofthe juni0r varsity cheerleading squad. She is also a member of the Beta Club. Regan Ledet, daughter of Diane and Dennis Ledet of Lutcher. She is thesophomore class vice president and is also a cheerleader and member of the Beta Club.

Freshmen members include: Jessica Himel, daughter of Joycelyn and Randy Himel of Reserve. She is thefreshmen class vice president. She is also a member of the SCC volleyball team. Ashley Reine, daughter of Belinda and Barry Reine of LaPlace. She is currently acheerleader for the SCC 2000 squad.
